Welcome to WeAreTechWomen’s Tech Mentoring Exchange. TechMx is a peer to peer mentoring platform that enables you to form mentoring relationships with other members of WeAreTechWomen’s tech community. Through the platform, you can find mentors through our unique algorithm which matches your mentoring requirements to other members on the platform. Alternatively, you can find and approach mentors yourself, through our mentor search. TechMx also includes lots of additional functionality, such as our scratchpad system which enables you to create and share notes, links, videos with your mentor. To enhance your relationship with your mentor, we have also built in video chat, as we appreciate some interactions require a face to face. As a member of TechMx, you also have the ability to grow your network and create your own mentoring communities where you can share your experiences with others. Mentoring is as much giving as it receiving!
